Are you taking new patients?

Yes, but this sometimes varies from site to site.  Please call for latest site information.

What ages do you see?

Family Medicine is all ages, including infants. Internal Medicine varies from age 14 and up.

Do you take my insurance?

We accept most insurance plans.  We will be glad to help you determine your coverage status if you make an appointment.

Do you accept Medicare?

Yes

Do you accept Medicaid?

Yes, on a limited basis, and excluding Carolina Access.

What are your regular hours of operation?

Our sites are typically open Mon-Fri from 8 am -5 pm.  We do not close during lunch.  Some of our providers offer early morning or evening appointments to accommodate your busy schedule.  Please call the office for availability.  We also offer a Saturday clinic which is open from 9 am until 1 pm for any acute needs.  Please call the office with any questions about our hours of operation or Saturday clinic.

What if I need care after regular business hours?

We want to make every effort to meet your healthcare needs, no matter the time of day.  If you need care after regular business hours, please call your primary care office.  By contacting your office, you will be directed to a nursing staff that can speak to you regarding your concerns.  If at any time, you feel you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 to reach emergency personnel.

Why do I get two bills?

Although many insurance companies acknowledge the sick/well visit combination, some of them still requires you to pay two co-pays or have additional costs applied to your annual deductible.
