LeBauer Gastroenterology offers appointments at the North Elam Ave. location in Greensboro, N.C.  If you are a new patient, please call 336.547.1718 or fill out our online form to make an appointment. Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.

To schedule an appointment at The Endoscopy Center, please call 336.547.1718 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The Center is open from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Open Access Colonoscopy Appointments

To make it easier for patients to get the care they need, we offer open access screenings, which allow healthy patients without significant symptoms to schedule their procedures without a preliminary office visit to see a gastroenterologist.

Prepare for Your Appointment

On your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early in order to complete the necessary medical information sheet. You will also need to bring your insurance card, a list of medications you are taking, and a list of any allergies you have. If your insurance provider requires preauthorization or a referral from your primary care provider, please take care of this before coming to our office.

Cancelling an Appointment

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance.

Payment & Insurance

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and most bank debit cards. Payment and all insurance co-pays will be required prior to your scheduled appointment. Please contact your insurance provider to verify that our services are covered. Feel free to ask our staff any questions you may have regarding payment issues.
