Dr. Tower enjoys spending time with her patients and getting to know each of them. She believes the best way to stay healthy is through exercise, and recommends patients stay organized in regards to their healthcare, including knowing their health history well. When not seeing patients, Dr. Tower enjoys dance, film, family, and baking.
