ABOUT
Dr. Parker grew up in Gastonia, NC and attended UNC-Chapel Hill for both his undergraduate degree and medical school. Dr. Parker’s passion for science and problem solving drew him to pursue a career in medicine and he has loved getting to know each of his patients and helping them to feel better and lead healthier lives. Dr. Parker believes staying active is one of the keys to living a healthy life, and that making sure to express all questions and concerns during visits is crucial to successful communication with your healthcare provider. Outside of work, Dr. Parker enjoys spending time with his wife and son, watching UNC basketball and football, watching the Carolina Panthers, trying new foods, listening to music, and watching movies.
