Biography

Dr. Zach Smith brings a firsthand knowledge of sports-related injuries to LeBauer HealthCare.  He volunteers with several teams in the Triad from the high school to professional level. Smith has also served as a volunteer physician at a variety of athletic events including track & field, golf, basketball and soccer tournaments. His family medicine background coupled with experience treating a wide range of physical conditions allows him to address each patient using a holistic approach. As a primary care sports medicine doctor, patients do not need a referral to see Dr. Smith.

Dr. Smith had so much information on my treatment and explained every thing he was doing. He did an ultrasound so he showed me as he was doing it and pointed out and described everything on the screen. I liked that alot and made me feel comfortable. He is always like that at every visit and describes anything he does and answers all my questions. I would recommend him to anyone I speak to that needs his type of care.
