My care provider explained to me what they were doing during my visit with positive professional manner. She was efficent, prompt, and expedient. I could understand and felt confident in her.

When she first came in I just felt like I was just another patient that she had to see but then when she came back after I had my EKG and urine sample then her demeanor changed some and she seemed to express more concern as to trying to figure out what is going on. I do like that she ordered more than just basic lab work, and explained if everything comes back normal what other options she was thinking of and that she will document well for my provider to know what her thougts/plan is.
