Stephanie Hudnell, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in family medicine.

I was concerned about the cost of one of my medications, and Dr Hudnell explained the benefits of that medication verus another pill but it was still my decision which one to take.

The issue was not identified and still exists. I had to aggressively ask for a potential treatment that could prevent further issues.

She prepared me for every scenario regarding approval for a med that I inquired about. It feels good to not have any surprises and to feel like you have a solution in any event.

Dr. Hudnell did not seem the least bit interested in the life threatening condition I currently have going on. When I offered to show images from a recent CT scan from another hospital, she responded, "no, that's ok". I insisted on showing her the images and she didn't even know what she was looking at. She was not concerned for my wellbeing. She had no knowledge or advice for me about how to manage breastfeeding an infant after having surgery. She was extremely uninformed on women's care. She left the room telling me she would order an MRI and then the order said CT scan. Very disappointed with this experience and will not be returning.
