Dr. Burns Is the best. The night before my check up I was bitten by my dog, and I messaged her to let her know that if she needed to substitute the check-up appointment for evaluation of the dog bite and reschedule that was fine. She messaged back and said no, she could do both and she did. She gives the best care, listens, and works with you for a solution. She is professional and caringCarla is great, also. She always answers any message that I send through My Chart. She is always very professional during my check-in.

Dr. Burns has the reputation of being one of the best, if not the best, primary care provider in your system and my experience backs that up. She was knowledgeable and efficient but while demonstrating genuine concern (and as I former health care provider I think I can recognize the difference between genuine and for show.)
