Dr. Burns has the reputation of being one of the best, if not the best, primary care provider in your system and my experience backs that up. She was knowledgeable and efficient but while demonstrating genuine concern (and as I former health care provider I think I can recognize the difference between genuine and for show.) She's one of your best...I suggest you keep her happy
