Biography
Sarah E. Gray, DNP, AGNP-C, is an adult gerontology nurse practitioner with a doctorate of nursing practice degree.
She strives to build strong relationships and rapport with patients so she can understand their values, goals and healthcare need. Valuing honest and open communication, she collaborates with patients and educates them about their healthcare and empowers them to feel confident about making healthcare decisions.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and miniature schnauzer. Her hobbies include practicing the art of sewing and discovering new cooking techniques.
