Went above & beyond to help . And she listened to me

Initially, the provider, Dr Renee Kunneff was excellent at addressing my issue and explaining probable causes for the issue. Then she gave me two options to solve the issue. When I started speaking about the option I wanted, she abruptly cut me off and said, " I feel like you're being very rude." I apologized and continued speaking and she cut me off again and asked, "Why are you being so rude? Is there something going on?" I was forced to apologize again instead of speaking, and I tried explaining that I'm just trying to advocate for myself because this is the fifth doctor I've seen about this. Then, I felt, In a very hostile tone said, " I'm just trying to help you out here!" But every time I opened my mouth she cut me off and told me I was being rude to the point where I really didn't have a voice. When she finally asked curtly, "Well what do you want to do?" I explained what I wanted and she told me that she would do that. However she didn't. She said she would refer me to a surgeon. She didnt. There was no follow-up. I asked for an after visit summary And I was told to follow up with my PCP -which I don't presently have because I'm looking for a new one. There is nothing in my mychart either.

Dr. Kuneff has always listened and explained options. She is professional and easy to talk to. I am thankful she is so close to my house.

Dr Kuneff is an excellent physician. She listens to the patient and offers exception treatment for the patient. She has an first-rate approach that enables the patient to be well informed and participant in the treatment. Dr Kuneff has been my PCP for over 8 years. She has played a critical role in my health and has saved my life more than once over the years she has treated me. I hold her in the highest regards as a physician and a friend.
