Biography
Nancy McGreal, MD, is board certified in gastroenterology and pediatric gastroenterology. Her professional interests include general gastroenterology and women’s gastrointestinal health with two decades of concentrated expertise in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.
Thoughtful, empathetic and collaborative, she endeavors to instill humanism into medical care. She appreciates understanding the emotional and psychological aspects of a patient’s experience with physical illness. She encourages shared decision-making, provides up-to-date and innovative treatments and respects each patient’s value system and goals of care. She strives to apply both the science and art of medicine to the care of all her patients.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, trying new cuisines and exercising. She adores animals, including her dog and two cats.
