Biography
Marisa Dameron, DO, is board certified in family medicine. Her professional interests include preventative health, women's health and LGBTQ+ medicine.
She believes medicine is about advocacy. As a primary care physician, she combines clinical expertise with empathy. She helps patients navigate complex health systems, make informed decisions and prioritize preventive care, including immunizations, early detection and healthy lifestyle habits. She does not provide chronic pain management.
She integrates patient values, including quality of life, cultural beliefs and individual treatment goals. Viewing the physician–patient relationship as sacred, she prioritizes collaboration and supports informed, personalized care.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs. Her hobbies include golf, fine art and cooking.
