Biography
Marisa Dameron, DO, is board certified in family medicine. Her professional interests include preventative health, women’s health and LGBTQ+ medicine.
She believes medicine is fundamentally about advocacy – combining clinical expertise with empathy to help patients navigate complex health systems and make informed decisions.
As a primary care physician, she offers patients reassurance and clarity while focusing on early disease detection and lifestyle guidance. Her approach to care integrates each patient’s values, including quality of life, cultural beliefs and individual treatment goals. She views the physician–patient relationship as sacred and prioritizes collaboration and shared decision-making to support informed, personalized care.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs. Her hobbies include golf, fine art and cooking.
