Dr. Copland not only dealt with my medical reason for the visits, she voluntarily prescribed a medicationn for an eye problem which was visible to her; and she also arranged for her nurse to provive me with a flu shot; she dealt with three different treatmets with a 20 minute visit.

Dr. Copland is the best! She listens, responds with her best ideas and advice as to care, and acts to schedule lab work, tests, prescription renewal, etc in a very efficient manner. She also makes sure I understand the test results that show on MYChart as soon as she is able, in a very timely manner.

I've already recommended mom and my brother. Dr. Copland took more action on the first visit than Mom's previous primary of 30 years took during that period. Mom has been hospitalized due to the need for an urgent surgery. She presented the same symptoms to previous primary and pain control.
