Dr.Copeland shows concern about my needs. She takes time and explains in detail the issues that I have questions about. She is detailed about the medications I take, how often I take them, and whether I notice improvement? She encourages me to stay active and reminds me to contact her through My Chart with concerns or questions.

She is a great physician I have been seeing her for years she always addresses all of my concerns. She always discusses her plan with me and gives me my options as well as kind pushes for things she feels strongly about pertaining to my health. I do tell the connection is less personal than I'd like it to be.

Dr. Copland not only dealt with my medical reason for the visits, she voluntarily prescribed a medicationn for an eye problem which was visible to her; and she also arranged for her nurse to provive me with a flu shot; she dealt with three different treatmets with a 20 minute visit.
