Biography
Emily Carden, MSW, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker who practices in an integrated behavioral health setting. Her professional interests include counseling members of the military, families and couples, including for grief, anxiety, depression, OCD and life challenges.
With more than fifteen years of diverse mental health experience, she enjoys helping people realize their own potential to problem solve and work through challenges that life presents to them. Committed to building trusting relationships and remaining non-judgmental, she uses a variety of modalities of care, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, her husband and her grandchildren. Her hobbies include reading biographies, taking care of her plants, decorating and hunting for vintage items that have great stories.
