Biography
Duncan Vincent, MD, is board certified in internal medicine with a professional interest in primary care.
After serving as chief resident at the University of North Carolina with a focus on primary care and as a Cone Health teaching program faculty member for nine years, he transitioned to full-time clinical work.
Dr. Vincent strives to provide individuals with high quality, high value and evidence-based interventions while minimizing low value testing, referrals and treatments that are unlikely to benefit the patient. He enjoys forging long-term relationships with patients and helping them with both health maintenance and effective treatments.
Originally from Greensboro, he enjoys working in the community he calls home.
“I want to be part of the solution to the problem of too few primary care resources in our state. I believe high quality, timely healthcare with a physician should be available to everyone locally.” – Duncan Vincent, MD
