The doctor listens to me, explains his recommendations, and always asks what questions or concerns I have. I like that he is a DO and seeks to find the least invasive treatments first, as well as the pros and cons of any treatment options. He's very professional and forthright.

Very good experience. Dr Jackson showed me the exray,then explained that he saw no fracture and recommended that I use celebrex for discomfort plus acetaminophen for any breakthrough pain rather than meloxicam, which did not appear to be helping me,

Both Dr. Jackson and his assistant were very professional and knowledgeable. Solicited information about my issue with much understanding and with no shaming on questions that I did not know how to answer or was vague on, for example, their questions on dates or when I noticed specific types of pain. Dr. Jackson answered all my questions on treatments knowledgeably and with understanding and empathy.
