Dr. Jackson was very personable and listened to me. We discussed pain and pain management as well as PT at the facility to accompany my home exercises. He valued my input by letting me decide pulls or an injection. He eased my apprehension concerning the injection. The injection was quick and just as he described.

I LIKED DR. JACKSON. I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE A CHANCE TO DISCUSS THE EXERCISES AND WHY HE CHOSE THE ONES HE DID. OR AT LEAST SOME HELP FROM HIS ASST.

Very kinda explained my situation showed me prior scans and explained steps of treatment. Also answered my questions and concerns . Dr Jackson gave me a sense of control of knowledge very very careful with my physical exam asked 2 or 3 times if I had any questions or further questions .

Dr. Jackson is all around just a great person. He listens, he explains, he goes into the right details, and doesn't question the validity of my health concerns. He took what I said and did what I needed to have done. He listened to my concerns about possible prescription interactions and came back with an answer straight away. All in all, would recommend a million times over.

The doctor was super helpful and even gave me his opinion on problems outside of the main problem I came for! I wish he would've explained more about what can happen if I don't do the exercises or why there are so many excerises to do, because then maybe I would feel more motivated to do them. He was very caring and nice and answered all my questions.

The doctor listens to me, explains his recommendations, and always asks what questions or concerns I have. I like that he is a DO and seeks to find the least invasive treatments first, as well as the pros and cons of any treatment options. He's very professional and forthright.
